Fredrick Xavier of Victoria Street, Newtown was released on a five thousand dollar ($5000) bail after he appeared before the Roseau Magistrate’s Court on Thursday September 2nd 2010 on five charges. He pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct, and not guilty to giving a wrong address, refusing to give his name, threatening language and disorderly conduct. He was cautioned to refrain from committing any offences while on bail and was also ordered to report to the Roseau Police Station on Mondays between the hours of seven am and seven pm. He will reappear at court for his trail on November 16th, 2010.
